We understand that life can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, once you've arranged for this event, we cannot offer refunds for purchased or missed classes. Your enrolment fees are non-refundable.

Transfer Policy:

We want to be as flexible as possible. If your class is more than 2 days away and hasn't started yet, we can explore options like switching you to another class (subject to availability) or moving your enrolment to a future course. Just give us a heads-up at least 2 days before the class if you'd like to make adjustments.
