Discover the fundamentals of wheel throwing in this focused, hands-on session designed for beginners and those curious to experience the craft of pottery. Under the guidance of our experienced instructor, you’ll learn how to center clay, shape basic forms, and create your own cup, bowl, or small vessel on the wheel.

Each participant will complete two pieces during the session, which will later be trimmed, glazed, and fired by our team. Finished works will be ready for pickup in approximately 3-4 weeks.

To prepare for the class:

• Trim your fingernails short — it’s essential for proper control on the wheel

• Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting clay on

• Closed-toe shoes are required for safety

This workshop offers an inspiring introduction to the ceramic arts — a moment to pause, create, and connect with the material in its purest form.

**Please note that this class has a minimum threshold of 2 participants. In the event the threshold is not reached, we will be reaching out 2 days in advance to reschedule you to another workshop that is convenient for your schedule. Classes and studio use are designed for participants 18 years and older.

Refund Policy:

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Unfortunately, once you've registered for this wheel throwing workshop, we cannot offer refunds for purchased or missed classes. Your enrolment fees are non-refundable.

Transfer Policy:

We want to be as flexible as possible. If your class is more than 48 hours away and hasn't started yet, we can explore options like switching you to another class (subject to availability) or moving your enrolment to a future course within 3 months. There will be a $30 admin charge for any changes. Just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours before the class if you'd like to make adjustments.
